BABY & TODDLER WITH PARENT
Tiny Tot Level 1 (6months - 2 Years)
- Can submerge under the water happily
- Confident in the water
- Learning to float
- Learning to kick and paddle
Super Tot Level 1 (2Years - 3Years)
- Able to float
- Able to kick and paddle
- Able to complete a safety circle unassisted
Super Tot Transition Class (2 years-3 Years)
is a stepping stone to independent Swimming
Objective is same as Level 2 Starfish except Parent in water assisting
INDEPENDENT SWIMMING LESSONS
Level 2 - Starfish (2 1/2 Years+)
- Front and back float unaided
- Learning correct body position
- Learning to breathe to the front
- Learning correct kicking technique
- Swim unaided
Level 3 - Tadpole (3 Years +)
- Front and back glide
- Able to breathe to the front
- Correct body position
- Can Swim 6 Metres unaided with front breathing
Level 4 – Frog (3 Years +)
- Strong correct kick on front and back
- Able to do big arms correctly
- Correct body position
- Can swim 15m with good technique and front breathing
STROKE DEVELOPMENT
AS1 – Dolphin
- Strength and Endurance
- Backstroke, Butterfly and Breaststroke kicking
- Correct body position
- Side Breathing
AS2 - Sealion
- Full Development of all Strokes
- Strength and Endurance Development
AS 3 - Eel Junior
- Perfecting technique in all Strokes
- Building Strength and Endurance
