HOW MANY LESSONS PER WEEK
We recommend your child has two lessons per week
OUR SWIM TERM
All year round excluding public holidays, Easter Weekend and a 3 week break at Christmas
LESSONS ARE AVAILABLE
Monday to Saturday - Morning and Afternoon Lessons
OUR SWIM PROGRAM
is based on progression—one level leading effectively to the next level, this progression allows your child to ease into the next swimming level, producing excellent results through safe and efficient swimming teaching techniques, with the utmost care and attention to each individual swimmer.
Our swim teachers are fully accreditated with Austswim and or Swim Australia and regularly attend in-house and outside workshops throughout the year.
WHAT DOES YOUR CHILD NEED
Babies who are not toilet trained must wear disposable swim nappies + swim suits. Parents in the water with babies are required to wear a T-Shirt. Toddlers and school age children should wear appropriate swim wear. Goggles are required for learn to swim lessons. Swim Fins are required for Stroke Development 2 + 3

PAYMENT OF FEES
Swim Fees must be paid prior to your child’s first swim lesson and prior to next due date to secure your class position. If Swim Fees are not paid your position may be released
Have your children by your side at all times unless they are in the pool under the Swim Teacher’s instructions.
Please have your child use the toilet prior to leaving home or prior to the swim lesson.
Please supervise your child whilst using the toilet facility.
If your child has any infection they will be unable to swim.
If your child is not toilet trained they MUST wear the disposable Waterproof Swim Nappies.
If you are unable to attend a swim Lesson.

At your next lesson speak to the Pool Deck Supervisor to arrange a make—up Class.
We do NOT offer refunds for missed classes.
If you have an opportunity to do a make-up class it MUST be used within 4 Weeks.
HOLIDAY NOTICE TO HOLD LESSON POSITION
If you are going away for two weeks or more
you are required to complete a Holiday Notice Form, please see Pool Deck Supervisor.
Please do not presume that we know you are away for holidays a FORM or email notice is required
for us to hold your class position.
One week away is classified as a missed lesson please arrange a make-up
TERMINATION OF CLASS POSITION
We ask you to please give us the courtesy of 2 weeks notice.
